On December 3, many UUSA members and friends attended a webinar called Widening the Circle of Governance in Congregations.  We were introduced to the practices and tools of Sociocracy, which aims more inclusive and engaged decision-making. On January 10 (time to be announced), you are invited to join 18 or so of us who would like to explore this more deeply over Zoom  If so, please contact Ollie MacFadden to be looped in.
